The “Pinnacle” Membership

The Pinnacle level of membership requires the purchase of 6 shares of equity stock but entitles the member to full privileges for the entire Club, including the golf course, tennis facilities, fitness center, swimming pool, and clubhouse.

All monthly membership pricing listed below includes: Dues, Capital Improvement Fee and Food Minimum for each level.

Family and Corporate:

12 months - $408 + $75 + $100 = $583 monthly

Seasonal Family:

6 months - $544 + $75 + $100 = $719 monthly

3 months - $680 + $75 + $100 = $855 monthly

Individual: 12 month - $305 + $75+ $75 = $455 monthly

Seasonal Individual:

6 months - $407 +$75 +$75 = $557 monthly

3 months - $508 +$75 +$75 = $658 monthly

The “Young Professional” Membership

The Young Professional level of membership is based upon the age of the member and requires the purchase of stock, however, the number of shares required are graduated and subject to the age category of which the member meets. Please note: Food minimums will not be charged for age groups 21-30 and 31-35. Food minimums will only be charged to those members in the 36-40 and 41 and above age groups. Food minimums for individual members are $75 and for families $100. Food minimums are charged monthly and are an addition to the fees listed below.

All fees listed below include dues for the appropriate level and a $75 Capital improvement fee.

21-30 years of age Share purchase requirement: 1 $78 + $75 = $153 monthly

31-35 years of age Share purchase requirement: 1 (2 total) $178 + $75 = $253 monthly

36-40 years of age Share purchase requirement: 2 (4 total) $278 + $75 = $353 monthly

41 & older Share purchase requirement: 2 (6 total) $408 + $75 = $483 monthly

At the age of 41, the young professional, upon purchasing the 2 remaining shares, will automatically move into the Pinnacle level of membership as a full member of the country club.

The “Courts” Membership

The Courts level of membership requires the purchase of 2 shares of equity stock but entitles the member to full privileges for the tennis facilities, fitness center, swimming pool, clubhouse, limited golf November through April, and unlimited golf, May through October.

All monthly membership pricing listed below includes: Dues, Capital Improvement Fee and Food Minimum for each level.

Family and Corporate:

12 months - $207 + $50 + $100 = $357 monthly

Seasonal Family:

6 months - $276 + $50 + $100 = $426 monthly

3 months - $345 + $50 + $100 = $495 monthly

Individual: 12 month - $155 + $50+ $75 = $280 monthly

Seasonal Individual:

6 months - $207 +$50 +$75 = $332 monthly

3 months - $258 +$50 +$75 = $383 monthly

The “Terrace” Membership

The Terrace level of membership requires the purchase of 2 shares of equity stock but entitles full unlimited privileges of the clubhouse and social functions, and limited golf throughout the year.

All monthly membership pricing listed below includes: Dues, Capital Improvement Fee and Food Minimum for each level.

Family and Corporate:

12 months - $117 + $50 + $100 = $26 monthly

Seasonal Family:

6 months - $156 + $50 + $100 = $267 monthly

3 months - $195 + $50 + $100 = $345 monthly

Individual: 12 month - $83+ $50+ $75 = $208 monthly

Seasonal Individual:

6 months - $111 +$50 +$75 = $236 monthly

3 months - $138 +$50 +$75 = $263 monthly

The “Young Professional” Membership

The Young Professional Terrace level of membership is based upon the age of the member and requires the purchase of stock only after reaching the ages of 36, however, the number of shares required are graduated and subject to the age category of which the member meets.

Please note: Food minimums will not be charged for age groups 21-30 and 31-35. Food minimums will only be charged to those members in the 36-40 and 41 and above age groups. Food minimums for members are $75 for individuals and $100 for families. Food minimums are charged monthly and are an addition to the fees listed below.

All fees listed below include dues for the appropriate level and either a $25 or $50 Capital improvement fee.

21-30 years of age No share purchase required: $50 + $25 = $75 monthly

31-35 years of age No share purchase requirement: $60 + $25 = $85 monthly

36-40 years of age Share purchase requirement: 1 $70 + $50 = $120 monthly

41 & older Share purchase requirement: 1 (2 total) $117 + $50 = $167 monthly

At the age of 41, the young professional, upon purchasing the 1 remaining share, will automatically move into the Terrace level of membership as a full social member of the country club.

Corporate Membership

Corporate memberships are offered in all membership categories. A corporation with one primary member who has purchased stock may sign up to four additional designees who must be owners, officers or employees of the corporation. All corporate members pay the fees associated with the level of membership they choose and a capital improvement fee of $75 for the Pinnacle level or $50 for all other levels of membership.

Corporate members are advised that they also have additional guests visits available to use for customers and/or clients of their business, without being subject to guest policy limitation.
