The “Golf Only” Membership

The Golf Only level membership entitles the member to unlimited privileges of the golf course and clubhouse only. There is no monthly food minimum and this level of membership is not liable for any future assessments.

All membership pricing listed below includes only Monthly Dues and the Capital Improvement Fee.

Family: 12 months – $347 + $75 = $422 monthly

Seasonal Family:

6 months – $440 + $75 =$515 monthly

3 months – $440 + $75 = $515 monthly

Individual: 12 months – $275 + $75 = $350 monthly

Seasonal individual:

6 months – $369 + $75 = $444 monthly

3 months – $406 + $75 = $481 monthly

The “Tennis Only” Membership

The Tennis Only membership entitles the member to limited privileges to the tennis courts (6 times per month) with full access to Intra League Play, but limited Inter League Play. The member also has unlimited use of the clubhouse. There is no monthly food minimum and this level of membership is not liable for any future assessments.

Family: 12 months – $132 + $60 + $50 = $242 monthly

Seasonal Family:

6 months – $176 + $60 + $50 = $286 monthly

3 months – $220 + $60 + $50 = $330 monthly

Individual: 12 months – $66 + $60 + $50 = $176 monthly

Seasonal Individual:

6 months – $88 + $60 + $50 = $198 monthly

3 months – $110 + $60 + $50 = $220 monthly

The “Youth Tennis” Membership

The Youth Tennis membership entitles the member to use of the tennis facilities and the clubhouse. This is a youth membership and the parents are considered guests and are subject to guest fees. There is no monthly food minimum.

The membership pricing listed below includes monthly dues, court fees and the Capital Improvement fee.

Individual: 12 months – $66 + $15 + 25 = $106 monthly

The “Dining Only” Membership

The Dining Only membership entitles the member to full privileges to the clubhouse and all social functions. This level of membership has a monthly food minimum. Food minimums for members are $75 for individuals and $100 for families. Food minimums are charged monthly and are an addiction to the fees listed below.

Family: 12 months – $141 + $50 = $191 monthly

Seasonal Family:

6 months – $188 + $50 = $238 monthly

3 months – $188 + $50 = $238 monthly

Individual: 12 months – $100 + $50 = $150 monthly

Seasonal Individual:

6 months – $133 + $50 = $188 monthly

3 months – $167 + $50 = $217 monthly

The “Summer Pool” Membership

The Summer Pool membership entitles the member access to the pool and the clubhouse while at the pool. This membership runs from May 1 through September 30. There is no monthly food minimum and this level of membership is not liable for any future assessments. Please note: Guest must be accompanied by the member and are required to sign in at the guest registry in the clubhouse.

Family: $70 + $50 = $120 monthly

Individual: $55 + $50 = $105 monthly

The “Card” Membership

The Card membership entitles the member access to the clubhouse for daily dining and “card” games only.

The “Grenelefe Supper Club” Membership

The Grenelefe Supper Club membership is offered exclusively to the residents of Grenelefe Golf and Tennis Resort and entitles the member to full privileges to the clubhouse and all social functions. This includes daily and evening dining, Sunday Brunch, the Seafood Buffet, and all social events held at the club including bridge. There is no monthly food minimum associated with this level of membership, but there is a one time administrative fee of $50 and a monthly capital improvement fee of $15. Please review the pricing below as the dues level is based on the number of enrollees:
